Villa Bugis - Villa 3

Villa Bugis three is one of the Bugis villas conveniently located in downtown Petitenget down a quiet lane off of Jl. Laksamana, also known as the Oberoi strip. There are an abundance of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the villa offering a variety of foods ranging from Italian, Greek, Western and even Moroccan food where they even have belly dancers!

The Bugis villas are constructed in Balinese style and offer guests an affordable villa experience. Villa Bugis three is built on a 350 m2 plot and has a traditional thatched Alang-alang roof however the bedrooms and facilities are of western standards, and include queen sized beds, indoor and outdoor showers, a bath in the master suite, satellite TV, Stereo system and modern kitchens.

Facilities

The layout of the villa comprises of the main house that has one double and one single bedroom plus a cozy poolside lounge and kitchen. The lounge come dining area is furnished with a dining table, three piece suite, satellite TV, DVD / CD player and stereo system. Broadband Internet connection (pre paid cards available). The open lounge also overlooks the swimming pool and sundeck. Adjacent to the lounge is a poolside bedroom pavilion with ensuite bathroom and outdoor and indoor shower, vanity unit and walk in wardrobe.

Whilst the villa is compact it is a cozy haven and a cost effective solution for anyone wanting to experience a private villa, close to the restaurants and shops of downtown Petitenget.

Bugis Villas are located within 150 meters of the restaurant strip and only 900 meters from the beach and the now famous KuDeTa restaurant so close to the action but conveniently tucked away from the bustling crowd.

Swimming Pool

The 28 m2 swimming pool is tiled with natural green stone. There is a poolside shower and the sundeck finished in local white "Palimanan" stone.

The villa has some grass area around the swimming pool and flowering plants around the border wall that lend a tropical feel.

Services

All the villas at Bugis share the security that patrols the borders of the villas, ensuring privacy. There are several household staff who change bed linens, provide household cleaning and poolboys plus gardeners.
The rental fee also includes continental breakfasts (included in full rate).

Cook

Due to the close proximity of a variety of restaurants the Bugis villas do not provide a cook, however one can be arranged for an additional fee. Most of our guests prefer to take advantage of the takeaway and delivery services in the neighbourhood and have food and wine/beers delivered directly to the villa.

The Bugis villas do not provide star luxury service with full butler service, these villas are available elsewhere on our website, however guest need to allow a budget of USD750 p/n or above for this level of satisfaction. Villa three is a compact yet cost effective solution for a comfortable stay in Bali, so if you are looking for a reasonable alternative to hotel accommodation then look no further.

Rental Rates

Based on a maximum occupancy of four persons the rental fees are:

High Season
July 15th to September 15th plus Xmas & New Year (December 20 to January 10).

Low Season
Rest of year.
Late check-out can be booked at half the daily rate.

A baby cot and/or highchair can be arranged at time of booking.

Airport transfers are included and a comfortable air-conditioned car with English speaking driver can be arranged for an additional fee.
